According to Semnan University public relations report, the dean of Semnan University's Faculty of Art, Architecture, and Urban Planning announced this news and said:  In this program, Mina Mokhtarian, the master painter of the country and Semnan province, was sent to Kazakhstan and participated in the international sports, cultural and art festival, which was held in the city of Astana, Kazakhstan, with the participation of 85 countries.

Dr. Mehdi Amrai added: On the sidelines of this exhibition, this professor held a workshop at the Art University and Astana International University of Kazakhstan, as well as the Islamic Republic of Iran Consultancy in this country, and exhibited his works with the presence of Dr. Jokar, Iran's ambassador and cultural adviser, and The officials of these universities paid, which was welcomed by professors, students, and interested people.

He said: The relationship between students and professors with the art of painting (Iranian painting and miniatures) was very evident and they were amazed by all the elegance and beauty and the art of painting, which is an original and special Iranian painting and has its roots in the rich Iranian Islamic culture and civilization.

The head of the Faculty of Art, Architecture, and Urban Planning of Semnan University stated: In addition to this, lecture workshops in the amphitheater of Astana International University in the field of painting for university students and professors were among other programs of Professor Mina Mokhtarian in this program.

It should be said; The painting and works of Professor Mina Mokhtarian were so well received that the authorities of the Kazakhstan University of Art requested to donate one of his works to the museum of the university, and this artist from Semnan province donated one of his valuable works to the museum of the Astana University of Arts, Kazakhstan.
