Semnan University has begun its scientific, cultural and research activities in 1995 in order to print required books for its educational community. The Semnan University of publishing office, which focuses on publishing academic books, has published over 150 books up until today.
This office publishes books in various fields of engineering basic sciences, human sciences, veterinary medicine, psychology, library, tourism, desert studies and general subjects.
