·        The purpose of the scientific evaluation and supervision office is to provide the periodic reports about the teaching quality of   the university education for the evaluation and oversight council. This office activates under the supervision of the university president. 

·        In addition, the Secretariat of the board of supervision and evaluation of higher education in the Semnan province is stationed in this office. The main task of the provincial board of supervision and evaluation is the supervision of the education quality of all provincial higher education centers.

·        This board visits all the universities of the semnan province annually, and conduct annual evaluations of all visited universities about the quantity and quality of their education process. The prepared reports will be sent to the ministry of higher education and scientific research.
