Parts of duties and responsibilities:
- Setting up an investigation plan and determine investigators to perform the assigned duties
- Commenting on competence of the recruiting applicants with compliance of religious rules and adopted regulations
- Correcting the examination papers, preparation of the required form and doing interview with selected individuals
- Reviewing and feedback during issuing the definitive verdict of the trial staffs
- Reviewing and commenting about the recruiting advertisement prior to publication
- Confirming the applicants’ moral, philosophical, and political qualifications prior to employment
- Performing other responsibilities assigned by the highest authorities
