The Vice-Chancellor of Research and Technology of Semnan University announced that eight faculty members and two graduates of Semnan University are among the highly cited Iranian researchers of the top one percent of the world.

According to Semnan University public relations report; Announcing this news, Dr. Mohammad Hossein Ehsani said: According to the report of ISC, Dr. Seyfolah Saedodin, Dr. Saman Rashidi, Dr. Nima Amjadi, Dr. Farmarz Hormozi, Dr. Alireza Asghari, Dr. Maryam Rajabi, Dr. Mohammad Sadeq valipour, Dr. Majid Eshaghi, Dr. Ahmad Hosseini Bandeh Qarai and Engineer Hadi Iskandar were among the world's top 1% most cited scientists.

Dr. Ehsani added: Dr. Seyfolah Saedodin with 22152 citations, Dr. Saman Rashidi with 6052 citations, Dr. Nima Amjadi with 3890 citations, Dr. Farmarz Hormozi with 3399 citations, Dr. Alireza Asghari with 3209 citations, Dr. Maryam Rajabi With 2733 citations, Dr. Mohammad Sadeq valipour with 1877 citations, Dr. Majid Ishaghi with 910 citations, Dr. Ahmad Hosseini Bande Qarai with 8100 citations, and Engineer Hadi Iskandar with 1160 citations were selected as the top 1 percent of the world's most cited researchers from Semnan University.

Stating that 938 Iranian researchers are in the list of the world's 1% most cited researchers, he said: The world's top 1% most cited researchers were extracted from the Basic Science Indicators (ESI) database belonging to Clarivit Analytics (WOS) are introduced by the Institute of Science and Technology Citation and Monitoring (ISC) which has been recently analyzed and refined.

Last year, the names of 7 researchers from Semnan University were included in this list, and in the recent list, the names of 10 researchers from Semnan University shine.
