According to the Public Relations Office of Semnan University, a ceremony was held to honor the services of Dr. Majid Gholhaki and to introduce Dr. Fathallah Qods as the new acting Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development of Economic Resources at Semnan University. The event was attended by the university president, officials, and a number of managers and staff members.

At the ceremony, Dr. Masoud Nasiri Zarandi, President of Semnan University, offered his condolences on the occasion of the month of Safar and expressed his appreciation for Dr. Gholhaki’s valuable efforts and services during his tenure. He stated that the selection of managers in various university departments is based on four principles: experience, diligence, expertise, and commitment, so that the university can be guided along the right path.

He expressed hope that, through the efforts and solidarity of all colleagues, Semnan University—as the designated and parent university of the province—would achieve increasing success and distinction.

Hojjat al-Islam Esmaeili, head of the Office of the Supreme Leader’s Representative at the university, praised Dr. Gholhaki’s spirit of dedicated service and committed performance, and wished the new acting vice president success.

Dr. Varaminian, the executive adviser to the university president and head of the President’s Office, praised Dr. Gholhaki’s efforts and described Dr. Ghods as a popular, committed, and experienced figure.

Dr. Yousefi, acting Vice Chancellor for Administrative, Financial, and Resource Management Affairs, referred to Dr. Gholhaki as an active and up-to-date manager. He described the use of technology in university management as one of Dr. Gholhaki’s most prominent characteristics and wished the new acting vice Chancellor success.

Dr. Saeid Mohammadian Semnani, Vice Chancellor for Student and Cultural Affairs, described Dr. Gholhaki as a committed, energetic, and capable individual and wished Dr. Ghods success.

Dr. Peyvandi, Director of Research at the university, expressed her appreciation for Dr. Gholhaki’s effective role in advancing the university’s objectives and wished Dr. Ghods success.

Later, Dr. Majid Gholhaki, the former Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development of Economic Resources, presented a brief report and described the measures carried out during his tenure as the final record of his service. Expressing satisfaction with the university’s appropriate growth in resource mobilization, he stated that Semnan University is one of the country’s leading universities in the field of social responsibility. He added that the growth of any organization depends on adherence to organizational regulations and prioritizing productivity.

Subsequently, Dr. Fathallah Qods, the new acting Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development of Economic Resources at Semnan University, paid tribute to the memory of the late Dr. Hormozi, the founder of this vice presidency, and expressed his appreciation for Dr. Gholhaki’s efforts.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the managers and staff members of the Vice Presidency for Planning and Development of Economic Resources praised Dr. Gholhaki’s intelligence, dedication, and supportive role, and announced their full readiness to cooperate and create synergy with the new acting vice president.
