According to Semnan University Public Relations, Dr. Mohammad Hossein Ehsani announced the news and said: Semnan University has achieved an international ranking of 301-350 among Asian universities in the 2026 Times Higher Education Rankings, which indicates that it has achieved a superior and upward position compared to previous years.

The Vice Chancellor for Research & Technology at Semnan University, analyzing the university's recent successes, emphasized: "A review of the results of previous years indicates a continuous upward movement; so that Semnan University rose from the rank of 401-500 in 2023, with a step-by-step superiority, to the rank of 351-400 in 2024 and 2025, and now in 2026, by stabilizing its growing trend, it has succeeded in advancing to the rank range of 301-350."

Dr. Ehsani noted: This progress is the result of the efforts of the university as a whole.
