According to Semnan University's public relations report; Announcing this news, Dr. Farshad Varaminian said: With the approval of the Council for the Development of Higher Education, the field of "Data Science" was added to the master's degree courses of Semnan University.

Dr. Varaminian pointed out: Semnan University currently has more than 230 majors in Engineering, Basic Sciences, humanities, Veterinary, Agriculture, and Art departments.

It should be noted; Not long ago, it was approved by the Council for the Development of Higher Education at Semnan University to create the fields of Economic Statistics, Administrative Management, Management of Organizational Behavior orientation, Renewable Energy Engineering, and Sports Psychology at the master's level, as well as Petroleum Engineering, Reservoirs orientation at the doctoral level.
